When is my order shipped?

All expedited orders received before 1pm are shipped on the same day; expedited orders placed after 1pm are shipped the next day. All regular orders are shipped within 48 hours.

Where can you ship?

We’ll ship to any address, including PO boxes that the USPS can get to! We can also ship internationally!

How is the gift basket packaged?

All orders are shipped securely. Your gift will be wrapped, topped with a bow, and secured in air pillows to make sure it arrives just right!

Is my order secure?

You can order confidently on giftbasketshq.com. Our website processes payments securely using industry-standard encryption practices.

How do returns work?

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. It will be inspected, after which we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within the timeline established by your card issuer’s policies.
